Q: Do you use stock photos?

A: Never. We aren't here to catfish you. We operate on a strictly WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) code. The monster you see in the photo is the exact beast that lands in your tank.

Q: How fast do you ship?

A: We ship with the speed of a predator. All livestock is sent Overnight to ensure it arrives alive, angry, and ready to thrive. We pack with professional-grade insulation and heat/cold packs because our corals deserve the royal treatment.

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We conquer the entire continental United States. If you have a tank and a valid address, we’ll get the goods to your door.

Q: Can I pick up my order locally?

A: If you're near Belleville / Wayne County, MI, you can skip the shipping. Contact us to arrange a local pickup and meet the Kings in person.

Q: How do I handle these beasts when they arrive?

A: Don't just dump them in. Our corals are raised in premium conditions.

1. Temp Match: Float the bag for 15-20 minutes.

2. Drip Acclimate: Slow drip for 30-45 minutes to match salinity.

3. DIP!: We run a clean farm, but a true King always dips new arrivals. Trust no one."

THE "ALIVE OR DIE" GUARANTEE

Q: What if my coral arrives dead? A: We stand by our bloodline. If your coral is D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival), we’ve got your back—IF you follow the code:

1. DO NOT THROW IT AWAY!

2. Take a clear picture of the deceased coral in the sealed bag within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Send it to us immediately. Failure to follow protocol voids your claim. We play fair, but we don't play games.

Q: Do you accept returns? A: No. Once the livestock leaves our farm, it’s under your command. We don't do returns on live animals, but our D.O.A. guarantee ensures you don't pay for casualties of war (shipping).
